Montessori family based in Los Altos Hills, CA looking to hire a full time educator to support our three children in a Montessori environment (already established). Start date: 09/26/2022.

Scope

8-5PM M-F, 45 hours/week

Occasional weekend hours; willingness to travel domestic and abroad with family, occasionally

Three children: 4 yo (enrolled in full time children’s house); 14 month old; infant

Responsibilities might include, but are not limited to:

• Put the absolute mental, emotional, and physical safety of the children first
• Maintain age appropriate Montessori environment for children
• Maintain schedule for children
• Take initiative to seek out developmentally interactive, educational and creative experiences for the children
• Keep child’s bedroom, play area clean/organized, including books, toys/materials, art supplies, changing area
• Occasional errands or household management such as emptying groceries or picking up groceries
• Keep child’s items such as bottles, cups, plates, high chairs, strollers and car seats clean
• Pick up/drop offs from school / activities as needed
• Clear, communication and updates to parents
• Nice to have: Arabic language or familiarity with culture and/or willingness to learn
